Kgomotso is an Associate at APA Africa having completed a BA (Law) degree at the North-West University, a LLB at the University of Pretoria, and he holds a certificate in Mediation from the erstwhile Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
Kgomotso has a keen eye for corporate law and commercial litigation, with experience in a broad range of fields of law which include alternative dispute resolution, construction law, general commercial litigation and advisory, insolvency law, labour and employment law, mining law, municipal law (which includes municipal/city council disputes), property law and water law.
With the advent of alternative dispute resolution in mind, Kgomotso completed a course in mediation presented by the erstwhile Law Society of the Northern Provinces and has experience in the resolution of complex commercial and construction-related disputes outside of the formal court process.
