Andre Pienaar, our founder and Chief Executive Officer, is a renowned litigator and seasoned practitioner with extensive experience and a deep understanding and comprehension in several areas of law, most notably; empowerment transactions, commercial litigation, commercial and corporate law, criminal law, exchange control, family law (Divorce and Children), labour, insolvency law (including business rescue and business turnaround), property law, tax and compliance.

Andre has been responsible for advising on, negotiating, structuring and implementing numerous high level commercial transactions for both listed and unlisted entities and has advised on numerous notable and reported litigation matters. Andre acts for various high profile clients,  some of which include the likes of listed entities, large private companies, family conglomerates and individuals.
